What were the considerations for you, that made you accept a job at FFD?

When I was considering the next step in my career, I did not have a dream-job in mind. What I was certain about, was that I was interested in many fields, wanted to gain experience and learn as much as possible. I wanted to work at a smaller firm where I had opportunities to grow quickly and the space to gain experience in different parts of the digital landscape.

What does a week look like at FFD?

My week is very diverse, there is good divide between meetings and working on my own projects. I go to the office 3 days out of the week, in which I enjoy face-to-face contact and friendly chats with colleagues. The other two days I work from home, which is great for focus time. I also go to clients office every so often. Generally I enjoy the healthy work-life balance at Full Force, which was also one of the reason I joined the team.

Next to the personal approach, another reason why I enjoy working at Full Force is the interesting projects.

What are the benefits of working at FFD?

The biggest advantage of working at Full Force Digital is the focus on your personal ambition path. You have mentor meeting once a month with one of the partners to discuss this. As there is not a set path, you are able to explore your talents and ambitions. This also enables you to grow fast, in my first six months I was already given the opportunity to give a presentation to the board-members of a multinational client. Next to the personal approach, another reason why I enjoy working at Full Force is the interesting projects. Full Force almost only works with multinational companies on projects that are at the cross road of strategy and implementation. I really like approaching the complex challenges that these companies face.

What kind of advice would you like to give starters that are currently hesitating to work at FFD?

If you are someone who is interested in many topics and who does not yet want to commit to one set career path, FFD is the right place. The whole management team (and other colleagues) will happily share their knowledge and help you in further exploring your talents.
